Incorporated into the Optimil production stream in 2001, the Panel Shop has expanded the breadth of services that Optimil offers and continues to support the development of high quality products. Our shop works with clients to produce products that are designed for their specifications. Panel products, applications, services, and operator cabs and consoles are just a few of the options that we are consistently delivering. In order to provide the highest value, our panel shop is certified for 600 volts, 1000 amps with the option to upgrade to a higher rating if required. We are authorized by Intertek to manufacture certified Industrial Control Panels to CSA 22.2 and UL508A.

Formerly Omega Controls Inc., the shop began operations in 1982 as an independent electrical service and panel shop. Since 2001, it has been operating within Optimil Machinery Inc. This provides the panel shop the quality and expertise of an OEM manufacturer. Optimil Machinery’s metal fabrication, CNC machining and laser cutting table allow us to produce custom operator cabs, consoles and industrial enclosures. With over 25 years of experience, we have a strong network of suppliers with presence domestically and internationally. Our goal is to serve our customers with the highest quality in systems design and top of the line enclosures.
