Profilers – Side Board, Top and Bottom

Our profilers will use four independent setting heads and will be able to produce nominal 2×3 to 2×12 lumber. These units can be retrofitted to Saw Boxes and will greatly reduce the number of flitches presently going to your board edger, resulting in an increase in overall production. Our machines are capable of feed speeds up to 700 FPM. By eliminating secondary handling and manufacturing of side slabs, manufacturing costs are reduced. Our Side Board Profilers have been designed with chip and sawdust containment in mind to promote safe and clean operation. These systems are mini spline guided for accuracy and can be paired with Two Sided and Four Sided Canters. The profilers are independently controlled for full skewing of side boards.
